WEW-D Series 30 Ton / 300 kN, 60 Ton / 600 kN, 100 Ton / 1000 kN Hydraulic Loading Universal Testing Machine
Hydraulic Universal Testing Machines

Overview
The WEW-D series is a hydraulic loading universal testing machine offered in 30 ton / 300 kN, 60 ton / 600 kN and 100 ton / 1000 kN capacities. It is mainly used for the mechanical properties of metal and non-metal materials – tensile, compression, bending and shear tests – and is equipped with a computer, printer, electronic extensometer, general test software and a photoelectric encoder, which together measure tensile strength, yield strength, extension strength, elongation and elastic modulus.
Because the machine applies load hydraulically, it delivers the high force needed to bring bar, rebar, plate and structural specimens to failure, and because the frame is under computer control, the test is run with precise control of load, displacement and strain. Test results can be queried and printed, giving six curves – force-displacement, force-deformation, stress-displacement, stress-deformation, force-time and deformation-time – together with the related test data, and the software includes a self-test function that can self-diagnose faults.

Hydraulic loading and high-capacity testing
A hydraulic loading frame is the practical choice when bar, rebar, plate or structural specimens have to be tested at high force, and the WEW-D series covers 300 kN, 600 kN and 1000 kN so that a laboratory can match the capacity to its largest specimen. The load is applied by the hydraulic system under computer control, and the whole process is divided into three equivalent files rather than stepped ranges, so the resolution stays uniform across the force range. The machine measures tensile strength, yield strength, extension strength, elongation and elastic modulus from the test.
PID control and measurement resolution
Load, displacement and strain are each controlled by PID, using a constant-speed control mode in every channel. The load control speed range is 0.2 to 5% FS/s, displacement from 0.6 to 60 mm/min, and strain from 0.00025 to 0.0025 per second, which lets the test follow the rate required by the standard. The measuring system uses a high-precision amplifier with a 24-bit AD converter and an efficient code of +300000, giving a test-force resolution of 1/350000, so small changes near yield can be resolved even on a 1000 kN machine.
Software, curves and applications
The machine is supplied with a computer, printer, electronic extensometer, photoelectric encoder and general test software. Results can be queried and printed, with six curves – force-displacement, force-deformation, stress-displacement, stress-deformation, force-time and deformation-time – and the associated data. The software has a self-test function that can self-diagnose faults, which is described in the software notes. It is an ideal testing equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research units, colleges and universities, and construction quality surveillance departments, and is widely used for steel bar and steel rebar testing.
Frequently Asked Questions

Three: 30 ton / 300 kN, 60 ton / 600 kN and 100 ton / 1000 kN hydraulic loading universal testing machines.
Which tests and properties does the machine cover?
Tensile, compression, bending and shear tests of metal and non-metal materials, measuring tensile strength, yield strength, extension strength, elongation and elastic modulus.
How is the machine controlled?
Load, displacement and strain are each controlled by PID with constant-speed control. The load speed range is 0.2 to 5% FS/s, displacement 0.6 to 60 mm/min and strain 0.00025 to 0.0025 per second.
What is the measurement resolution?
The measuring system uses a high-precision amplifier with a 24-bit AD converter and gives a test-force resolution of 1/350000.
What can be printed from a test?
The software can query and print six curves – force-displacement, force-deformation, stress-displacement, stress-deformation, force-time and deformation-time – together with the related data, and it includes a self-test and fault self-diagnosis function.

About CHENJI & Support
CHENJI is the brand of Jinan Chenji International Trade Co., Ltd. (Shandong, China), a manufacturer and exporter of material testing machines since 2014, with in-house quality control plus third-party inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas. The company holds ISO 9001 certification (626024QH073R1) and is a Bureau Veritas audited supplier (MIC-ASR2451820). Testing machines are normally supplied with a calibration certificate valid for 12 months and traceable to national force standards, and our engineers help you select the machine, fixtures and accessories for your specimen and method.
Every quotation is prepared against the standard you test to, so the delivered machine matches the test method rather than only the headline capacity. Spare parts, consumables and calibration support are available after delivery, and machines can be produced to OEM or ODM requirements when a customer drawing or specification is provided.
Selecting and Verifying a Testing Machine
Choosing a machine is a matter of matching capacity to the specimen and the method, not of buying the largest frame. A 1000 kN machine is not suitable for a sample that needs 1 N of force; capacity selection follows the specimen and the standard, and the force measuring system should be verified per ISO 7500-1 or ASTM E4 on a regular schedule. Load cells are commonly supplied as class 0.5 or class 1, which means the indicated force stays within ±0.5% or ±1% of the true force.
Test results are only comparable when they are quoted together with the standard, the specimen geometry, the test speed and the force measurement class. We are glad to review your test method and specimen so that the machine, fixtures and accessories are correctly specified before you order.
