How the Enquiry Process Works

When your enquiry arrives, an engineer reviews the material and the test method first, then confirms the frame, fixtures and accessories that match the test method rather than only the headline capacity. If a drawing or sample is provided, we confirm that the machine can hold and grip the specimen, and we flag any accessory such as an extensometer, furnace or special fixture that the method requires. Only then is a formal quotation prepared.

The quotation states the machine, its capacity and accuracy class, the fixtures and accessories included, the calibration certificate, the lead time and the shipping terms. Because we also export directly, the same team answers questions about documentation, packing and after-sales support. If something in your test setup is unclear, ask before ordering — it is easier to confirm a fixture now than to change a machine later.
