About CHENJI

Jinan Chenji International Trade Co., Ltd. (CHENJI) is a manufacturer and exporter of material testing machines based in Jinan, Shandong Province, China. The company has been building and supplying testing equipment since 2014, and today a team of 26 to 50 people operates 35 machines to produce and deliver testing equipment to laboratories, factories and quality departments worldwide.

We combine manufacturing with international trade. Machines are produced under in-house quality control, and because we also export directly, the same team that builds the machine handles the specification discussion, documentation and after-sales support — so what is agreed with the buyer is what is delivered.

Our Story

CHENJI grew out of a trading and manufacturing operation in Jinan, a city long associated with machinery and metalworking in Shandong Province. Starting from a focused product range, we expanded year by year into the ten series we supply today: universal testing machines, hardness testers, impact, fatigue and torsion testers, bolt and fastener testers, metallographic and analysis instruments, plastic and rubber testers, and spring testing machines.

That growth was built on repeat business. Most of our customers come back for a second or third machine, and many of them test to a different standard or need a machine adapted to their own specimen. We treat those requests as normal engineering work rather than exceptions, which is why custom fixtures and OEM or ODM builds are a routine part of what we do.

Capability and Quality

Our workshop runs 35 machines, and production is controlled in house from incoming material to final calibration. Alongside our own quality control, machines can be inspected by an independent third party such as SGS or Bureau Veritas before shipment, which gives buyers a verification step that does not depend on us alone.

Testing machines are normally supplied with a calibration certificate valid for 12 months and traceable to national force standards. Force verification follows ISO 7500-1 or ASTM E4, and load cells are commonly supplied as class 0.5 or class 1, meaning the indicated force stays within ±0.5 % or ±1 % of the true force.

How We Work With Buyers

We would rather specify a machine correctly than sell a large frame that does not fit. Before quoting we ask for the material or sample, the test standard, the required capacity and the quantity, and then we confirm the frame, fixtures and accessories that match the test method. Test results are only comparable when they are quoted with the standard, the specimen geometry, the test speed and the force measurement class, so those details are part of the specification from the start.

After delivery, spare parts, consumables and calibration support remain available. If you need a machine adapted to a new specimen or standard later, that is a conversation we are used to having.
