WDW 100 100KN Electronic Tensile Test Equipment With STABLE

Overview

The WDW-100 is a 100 kN electronic tensile test equipment, part of the WDW electronic universal testing machine series. The series uses an advanced machine-control design so that the operator experiences a comfortable, convenient and accurate test process. The machine is used for the tensile, compression, bending, shear and tearing tests of metal, non-metal and composite materials, and for circulation-type mechanical-property tests, with test plans and data processing set up for GB, ISO, JIS, ASTM and DIN standards.

Because the drive is electronic rather than hydraulic, the machine is at home in a materials laboratory where many different materials and methods are run through the year. It is widely used in aerospace, machinery manufacturing, wire and cable, rubber and plastics, textiles, building materials and home-appliance industries for material inspection and analysis, and it can be fitted with the dedicated software and fixtures needed for a particular test method.

Electronic drive and force control

The machine adopts an AC servo motor and drive, and drives a precision ball screw pair through a gear system, with a fully digital controller as the core of the control system. That arrangement gives the uniform deformation, displacement and force control that a modern electronic universal testing machine is expected to provide, and because there are no hydraulic valves the control is quiet, repeatable and easy to keep stable at low speeds. The control software runs under Windows and works with the data-processing system to set the test up and to take the measurements.

Test packages, curves and reporting

The machine is supplied with a Chinese intelligent test package and a metal-material test package so that the mechanical-property parameters of a material can be measured, statistically processed and reported to national or international standards, or to a standard supplied by the customer. The software can display, amplify and compare the stress-strain, load-strain, load-deformation, load-displacement and time-based curves, and it monitors the test process so that the operator can follow it on screen. A range of test curves and test reports can be printed in the format the customer requires.

Materials, fixtures and applications

The testing process is highly automated and dozens of different fixtures are available to meet the test requirements of different materials, which is what lets one 100 kN frame cover metal, non-metal and composite specimens, as well as wire and cable, rubber and plastics, textiles and building materials. By combining the frame with the right fixture and the right software package, the WDW-100 can be set up for a specific material or product, and the machine can be supplied to OEM or ODM requirements where a customer drawing or specification is provided.

About CHENJI & Support

CHENJI is the brand of Jinan Chenji International Trade Co., Ltd. (Shandong, China), a manufacturer and exporter of material testing machines since 2014, with in-house quality control plus third-party inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas. The company holds ISO 9001 certification (626024QH073R1) and is a Bureau Veritas audited supplier (MIC-ASR2451820). Testing machines are normally supplied with a calibration certificate valid for 12 months and traceable to national force standards, and our engineers help you select the machine, fixtures and accessories for your specimen and method.

Every quotation is prepared against the standard you test to, so the delivered machine matches the test method rather than only the headline capacity. Spare parts, consumables and calibration support are available after delivery, and machines can be produced to OEM or ODM requirements when a customer drawing or specification is provided.

Selecting and Verifying a Testing Machine

Choosing a machine is a matter of matching capacity to the specimen and the method, not of buying the largest frame. A 1000 kN machine is not suitable for a sample that needs 1 N of force; capacity selection follows the specimen and the standard, and the force measuring system should be verified per ISO 7500-1 or ASTM E4 on a regular schedule. Load cells are commonly supplied as class 0.5 or class 1, which means the indicated force stays within ±0.5% or ±1% of the true force.

Test results are only comparable when they are quoted together with the standard, the specimen geometry, the test speed and the force measurement class. We are glad to review your test method and specimen so that the machine, fixtures and accessories are correctly specified before you order.
