Products Overview
The TPJ-S2000 spring torsion fatigue testing machine is specifically designed for springs requiring large-angle, high-frequency durability fatigue testing. It can test static torque, torsion angle, and stiffness. By changing the fixtures, it can also test the torsion of other elastic components.
The machine features a reasonable, simple, and reliable structure; accurate and convenient adjustment of the test space and test stroke; convenient and reliable specimen clamping; stable operation; and ease of maintenance. Furthermore, the amplitude and frequency of the spring can be adjusted according to its technical requirements.

The testing machine consists of two main parts: 聽the main unit &聽the operating system.
3.1 Main Unit
The main unit consists of four parts: base, loading mechanism, and fixture. The loading mechanism, transmission mechanism, and fixture are all mounted on the base and firmly formed as a whole.
The base is machined from a single piece of steel plate, providing good rigidity and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
The loading mechanism uses a Panasonic AC servo motor. The control system controls the servo motor to generate a fixed-angle reciprocating rotation, thereby performing a torsional test on the spring.
The fixture is the actuator of the entire testing machine. It is specifically designed for fatigue testing of spring assemblies and can perform tests on various specimens.
3.2 Control System
The high-voltage electrical control system for fatigue testing includes functions such as count setting, stop when the count reaches its limit, and frequency adjustment, all implemented by the control cabinet. The testing software system displays the test torsion angle and test torque on a screen, collects test data in real time, and displays the curves. The control principle is as follows:
