WDW-100 / 200 / 300 / 500 kN Electronic Loading Universal Tensile Strength Testing Machine
Electronic Universal Testing Machines

Overview
The WDW series is an electronic loading universal testing machine supplied in 100 kN, 200 kN, 300 kN and 500 kN capacities for high-end product testing. The series adopts international advanced machine-control technology and is arranged so that the operator works through a comfortable, convenient and accurate test process rather than a slow manual procedure. The machines are used for the mechanical-property testing of metal, non-metal and composite materials and products, covering tensile, compression, bending, shear and tearing tests as well as cyclic methods.
The machine uses an AC servo motor and drive, and the drive is transmitted through a gear system to a precision ball screw pair. A fully digital controller is the core of the control system, and the control software runs under Windows with a data-processing package. Brand-name computer equipment is supplied with the machine so that the test can be set up, run, analysed and printed from a normal interface.

Electronic loading and closed-loop control
Because the drive is a servo motor rather than a hydraulic power unit, the machine reaches uniform deformation, displacement and force control through the digital controller, and the crosshead movement follows the command with a smooth, controlled profile. The precision ball screw pair driven through the gear system converts the motor rotation into accurate crosshead travel, so the displacement reading and the force reading are produced from the same control loop. This arrangement is what makes the machine suitable both for a standard tensile test to a national standard and for a multi-step sequence in which the control mode has to change during the test.
The fully digital controller is the core of the system: it acquires the force and displacement signals, applies the control mode that has been selected and passes the data to the software for processing. The result is a testing machine that can run a routine quality-control test by a fixed method or a research test that needs several stages in one run.
Software, curves and reporting
The machine is supplied with Windows-based control and data-processing software together with a brand-name computer. The operator sets the parameters, controls the process, acquires the data and then processes, analyses, stores and displays the results from the same interface. The software outputs the test curves and reports in the formats required by the user, including stress-strain, load-strain, load-displacement, deformation-displacement and displacement-time curves, and each curve can be displayed, amplified and compared with others.
The software follows the national standard or a standard supplied by the customer to measure the performance parameters of the material, and it carries out the statistics and processing of the experimental data before printing the required report and curve. This means the same machine can satisfy a laboratory that quotes results to GB and a laboratory that quotes results to ASTM or ISO simply by selecting the correct test package.
Applications across materials and industries
The testing process is highly automated and the machine can be configured with dozens of different fixtures, which is what allows one frame to cover a wide range of specimens. It is used for the inspection and analysis of materials in aerospace, machinery manufacturing, wire and cable, rubber and plastics, textile, building materials and home appliances, and for research work on metal, non-metal and composite test pieces. For a wire and cable producer the fixtures differ from those of a textile laboratory, but the same 100 kN to 500 kN frame carries out the test once the correct grip is fitted.
Capacity selection follows the specimen and the test method. A 500 kN machine is intended for high-force tensile tests on steel bars and heavy sections, while the 100 kN frame is matched to smaller specimens and lower breaking loads; choosing the correct capacity within the series keeps the measurement within the accurate part of the force range.
Frequently Asked Questions
What capacities are available in this machine?
The WDW electronic loading universal testing machine is supplied in 100 kN, 200 kN, 300 kN and 500 kN capacities.

About CHENJI & Support
CHENJI is the brand of Jinan Chenji International Trade Co., Ltd. (Shandong, China), a manufacturer and exporter of material testing machines since 2014, with in-house quality control plus third-party inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas. The company holds ISO 9001 certification (626024QH073R1) and is a Bureau Veritas audited supplier (MIC-ASR2451820). Testing machines are normally supplied with a calibration certificate valid for 12 months and traceable to national force standards, and our engineers help you select the machine, fixtures and accessories for your specimen and method.
Every quotation is prepared against the standard you test to, so the delivered machine matches the test method rather than only the headline capacity. Spare parts, consumables and calibration support are available after delivery, and machines can be produced to OEM or ODM requirements when a customer drawing or specification is provided.
Selecting and Verifying a Testing Machine
Choosing a machine is a matter of matching capacity to the specimen and the method, not of buying the largest frame. A 1000 kN machine is not suitable for a sample that needs 1 N of force; capacity selection follows the specimen and the standard, and the force measuring system should be verified per ISO 7500-1 or ASTM E4 on a regular schedule. Load cells are commonly supplied as class 0.5 or class 1, which means the indicated force stays within ±0.5% or ±1% of the true force.
Test results are only comparable when they are quoted together with the standard, the specimen geometry, the test speed and the force measurement class. We are glad to review your test method and specimen so that the machine, fixtures and accessories are correctly specified before you order.
