Overview
1. Actual Appliance
This machine is mainly used for metal, nonmetal materials mechanical properties such as tensile, compression, bending and shear test, the machine is equipped with a computer, printer, electronics, extensometer and general test software, photoelectric encoder can accurately measure metal material tensile strength, yield strength and extension strength, elongation, elastic modulus and so on mechanical properties. Test results can query and print (force displacement, force – deformation, stress the displacement, stress and deformation, force moment, deformation time) of six kinds of curve and related test data, with function, software testing can be self diagnosis of fault, see note software. Is the industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research units, colleges and universities, such as construction quality surveillance department ideal test equipment.
2. Control Parts
Amplifier and 24 high precision AD converter with high precision, efficient code: + 300000; Test force resolution 1/350000.Load is realized by using PID control, constant speed control, speed range: 0.2 to 5% FS/S with functions of load.Displacement is realized by using PID control, constant speed control, speed range: 0.6 to 60 mm/min with displacement function.Strain is realized by using PID control, constant speed control, speed range: 0.00025 / S – 0.0025 / S with functions of strain to keep.
The 1000kN and 2000kN powerful hydraulic system (frame and console) offers high test throughput, improving the efficiency of the laboratory.
Thanks to its high flexibility, this system is able to cover the following applications:
Steel
Tensile tests on steel rebars and rounds up to 45 mm (1000 kN model) and 80 mm (2000 kN model) diameter.
Tensile test on steel flats up to 40 mm (1000 kN model) and 70 mm (2000 kN model) diameter.
Highly accurate tensile tests on wire strands thanks to ad-hoc designed jaws and grips (only with 1000 kN model).
Three Point Bending tests (jig on request).
Bolt And Nut Tensile tests (jig on request).
Shearing tests (jig on request).
Concrete (jig on request)
Compression tests on cubes and cylinders.
Flexural tests on concrete beams.
Indirect tensile on cylinders, cubes and paving blocks.
Pull out test.

Compression tests on rock, masonry units, refractories etc.

Tensile test on headed and shouldered specimens.
The range includes four models of 1000 kN and 2000 kN cap with different power units.
All models are controlled by the sophisticated servo control unit and are complete with PC, upper and lower hydraulically operated jaws, complete set of grips for rounds and flats and strands (grip as option), transverse test attachment and high precision load cell providing high accuracy from the very beginning of the load scale.
Loading frame
The frame consists essentially of a robust six-column (with four fixed columns) frame with three sturdy crossheads: the upper one is directly connected to the lower bering platform by four columns; the middle one, moving on two screw columns, can be adjusted through an electric motor by using the dedicated push button panel, in order to set 聽the required vertical daylight both for compression and tensile tests; the lower one is controlled by a simple effect piston centrally positioned. The four fixed columns ensure a high frame stability and rigidity enabling a strong accuracy in test execution especially on steel strands.
Jaws and wedge grips are included. The grips for stands shall be ordered separately. The tensile jaws are directly operated by the Power control console with a push-button panel. The compression tests are performed between the lower and the mobile middle crossheads, using the suitable accessories.
Protection cover is not included but is avaialble as option to operate in total safety conditions.
Power and control console –
The well-known and reliable control console HPU 200 features space-saving ergonomic design with small footprint and houses the hydraulic power unit, the electronic system and the PC to manage all the control functions.
Automatically performs steel tensile testing, compression, splitting tests.
PC and software enable remote control of the complete system making easier the test set up and execution.
Safety features
Pressure valve that automatically stops the machine when the oil pressure approaches the limit.
Maximum travel limit switches to control the position of the mobile crosshead.
Software stops the machine when the maximum load is reached.
Emergency stop button.
Frame protection cover with rigid front door (as option).
